Nisha Tumber, LMSW, serves as the Director of Outreach and Engagement at a prominent local nonprofit. Holding a Master's of Social Work with a specialization in disability studies, she demonstrates her commitment to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Over the past few years, Nisha has passionately dedicated herself to the cause, advocating for the rights and well-being of people with disabilities. In her role, she is involved in developing and conducting professional development trainings for employees and staff, strategically organized through roundtables and events across New York State.
