Webinar FAQs

Answers to common questions about attending CE You webinars through The Wisdom Studio.

Which time zone are your courses listed as?

All webinar times are EST or EDT (daylight savings time is observed at the appropriate times of the year).

I am unable to attend one of the courses I am interested in. Will I be able to view a recording?

Unfortunately, at this time, recordings are not available for viewing, distribution, or CE credit. However, most webinars are repeated more than once, and schedule updates are typically shared in email announcements and on the webinar calendar.

Which learning platform do your webinars use?

We use the Zoom Webinar platform. If Zoom is not installed on your device, it will install when needed as you join the webinar.

How do I access course handouts?

Course handouts and related links are located on your webinar’s main entry page and are also shared in the Zoom chat window.

Materials vary by instructor and may include an outline, bibliography, supplemental resources, or slides. If you cannot locate the handouts, please contact support@ceyou.org.

Will I be on camera or microphone in the webinar?

For most webinars, only presenters or panelists appear on screen or microphone. Attendees interact through the chat box, and questions/comments are typically read aloud by the presenter or moderator.

How do I get my certificate?

After the webinar, an evaluation form link is shared in the Zoom chat. After submitting the evaluation, you will see a link to the certificate form. Once submitted, your certificate is immediately available for download or printing.

When is payment due?

Payment is generally due at the end of registration and is expected before receiving your certificate, unless other arrangements have been made.

I’m not the most tech savvy. Will technical support be available?

Yes. Technical support is available at support@ceyou.org or by phone at 929-352-3968. The fastest response is usually by email. Webinars are generally open for connecting about one hour before presentation time.
